Every month you receive a written progress report with attendance, teacher observations, current level, and next goals. You will always know exactly where your child stands.
It depends on the format. Individual lessons: cancellation or rescheduling is possible if notified at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled later or if the student does not attend, the lesson is counted as delivered and charged. Pair and mini-group lessons: rescheduling or cancelling individual sessions is not available, as the timetable is agreed across all students in the group.
